We study body movement, striking, grappling,

needs. Depending on age or previous injuries; we can make this art work
for you. There is more then one practitioner of our art who are in wheelchairs.

Please contact us for class openings.
• How long does it take to get a Blackbelt?
This is entirely up to the
individual! Most Martial Arts schools only train adults for forty-five minutes
to one-hour; at Zentai Martial Arts all adult classes are two- hours long
with a thirty-minute tea break. The tea break allows us to
rest and converse
about training. This is very important! The Japanese have a
term for
this “Kuden” (oral teachings) some things have to be passed
from teacher to student
in this manner and the tea break is the prime time for questions!
• Are adults and children taught
together?
Adult and Children's classes are taught separately, this allows
us to keep class sizes small and focus are teaching more on an
individual basis.

Don't think about when or how to change. Don't try to change your budo training to try and achieve this or that. Just do budo taijutsu and you will change naturally. - Nagato Sensei
